One of the best things about working for a factory MotoGP team like Kawasaki was having the opportunity to work on some very interesting media projects.
In 2006 we decided to produce a Kawasaki Racing Team magazine, which would be distributed to partners and sponsors as well as being made available in the Kawasaki hospitality unit.
We didn’t realise how popular it would be.
In the end we printed seven issues, all produced in house, before Kawasaki pulled the plug on their MotoGP project at the end of 2008.
Despite having some well respected contributors, the cost of producing the magazine was minimal; around €2000 per issue before print costs.
